2. Terms & Conditions

These Terms and Conditions govern your use of Olivia Madigan Wellness services and website. By booking an appointment, you agree to the following:

Booking & Payment:

Appointments can be booked online, by phone, or email.
Full payment is due at the time of service unless prepaid.
We accept Cash, eftpos and credit cards.

Travel:

We provide mobile services within Melbourne north east suburbs however this is subject to change on request.

Client Responsibilities:

Provide a clean, safe space for your appointment (e.g., enough room for a massage table).
Notify us of any medical conditions or allergies.
Refrain from inappropriate or disrespectful behavior.

Right to Refuse Service:

We reserve the right to refuse or terminate a session due to unsafe, inappropriate, or unhygienic conditions. The full fee will still apply in these cases.

3. Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

We understand that plans change. To respect everyone’s time:

Cancellations or changes must be made at least 24 hours in advance.
Late cancellations (less than 24 hours) will be charged 50% of the service fee.
No-shows will be charged the full session fee.
Exceptions may be made for emergencies at our discretion.

4. Informed Consent & Client Waiver

By booking a session with [Your Business Name], you acknowledge and agree to the following:

Massage therapy is not a substitute for medical care.

You understand there are risks associated with massage (e.g., soreness, allergic reactions to oils).
You consent to receive massage therapy from a licensed therapist
You release the therapist from liability except in cases of gross negligence or misconduct.

6. Professional Code of Conduct

Our services are strictly therapeutic and non-sexual.
Inappropriate behavior or advances will result in immediate termination of the session and you will be charged in full.
Depending on severity, we may report such behavior to authorities.

7. Licensing & Insurance Disclosure

Olivia Madigan Wellness is operated by a licensed massage therapist in accordance with the laws of Victoria Australia.

We carry professional and general liability insurance to ensure your safety and peace of mind.
